Trailers & Promos

Trailer & Promo Audio Post-Production

Trailers and promos have very little time to establish a story, create momentum and leave an impression. Mix My Spot provides audio post-production for theatrical trailers, television promos, streaming campaigns, sizzles and entertainment-marketing content.

We balance dialogue, voice-over, music, effects and transitions so every element contributes to the campaign without turning the soundtrack into uncontrolled noise.

Impact With Clarity

A trailer mix carries dense music and heavy effects, and dialogue and voice-over still have to cut through all of it. Lines are placed, shaped and held forward so the audience never has to work to follow the story being told.

Impacts, builds, drops and transitions are balanced to support the edit rather than compete with it. Energy is built where the cut asks for it and pulled back so the next moment can land.

The final title card, branding moment or call to action must remain clear. That part of the piece is treated as the point of the whole mix, not as the place where the loudest elements collide.

Stereo and 5.1 Trailer Mixing

Where the piece will play determines the format. Stereo covers broadcast promos, streaming placements, online and social campaigns and most digital distribution. A 5.1 version is prepared when a theatrical or premium placement calls for it.

Stereo and 5.1 are the principal formats we deliver. Other formats can be discussed when a supplied specification genuinely requires them.

Dialogue, Sound Design and Audio Cleanup

When it is part of the agreed scope, MMS handles voice-over treatment, dialogue preparation from the supplied production tracks, selected design elements and transitions, and cleanup of problem lines pulled from source material.

These supporting tasks are scoped against the materials you send rather than assumed. Tell us what you have and we will confirm what the piece needs.

Campaign Versions and Deliverables

Campaigns rarely end at one cut. Alternate lengths, tags, textless versions, platform-specific versions and stems can all be prepared as part of the same project so every placement stays consistent.

The exact version and deliverable list is confirmed before mixing begins. Not every item is included automatically.

Remote Workflow

Send the cut, the audio turnover and the delivery requirements. MMS confirms the scope and prepares the first pass.

You review that pass and send consolidated, time-coded notes. We complete the agreed revisions and deliver the approved masters and versions.
