Interviews and voice-over are usually prepared before the mix: breaths and handling noise addressed, room tone smoothed across edits, and levels matched between speakers.

Where a recording carries air conditioning, street noise or set activity, cleanup is applied to the point where the speaker is comfortable to listen to and no further.

Music beds set pace and tone and sit at a level that never competes with the interview. Graphics audio, transitions and selected effects add polish between segments.

These pieces exist to carry a message, so supporting elements are kept in proportion to the speech rather than layered for their own sake.

Stereo masters are standard for this content, and alternate lengths, cutdowns, platform versions and stems can be prepared when needed.
